I have been so honored by everyone who has asked me to help with creating something special to give to someone else for a Christmas gift this year. (I have been busy!)
One of the fun, and different, projects that came my way was a vintage skateboard purchased online by Terry. She had a very specific idea in mind of what she wanted painted on it. She emailed me some reference pictures of her and her husband, their Mustang, their dog(s), and a sunset scene. She also want to include a scripture that is special to them, with their names actually written on a hand…
… which I chose to make a shadow in the sand. I did some sketches combining all of her ideas, just to make sure we were on the same page.
She was happy with the way it turned out and has told me he loved it!! I’m so glad I got the opportunity to bring her idea to life!
